The Campbell Hausfeld HVLP Sprayer w/ Pro Metal Spray Gun - 3-stage Turbine - 6 PSI - 65 CFM - Commercial Housing (HV3500) combines the HV3000 turbine with a professional spray gun for greater flexibility. The turbine provides more power than the HV2500 and HV2550, and is designed for use in commercial applications that utilize heavier coatings more often. The HV3500 is appropriate for lacquers, stains, enamels, and other solvent based materials with flash points higher than 99 degrees Fahrenheit. Paints and solvents that contain hydrogenated hydrocarbons should not be used with this system. It can also spray latex and water borne coatings, some thinning may be required. System includes stub hose, 25 foot air hose, gun wrench, cleaning brush and viscosity stick. Special fluid sets required: HV104520SV .75mm, HV104521SV 1.00mm (included), HV104522SV 1.5mm, HV104523SV 2.5mm (recommended for spraying Multi Spec and similar coatings).

As Campbell Hausfeld is known for air tools and compressors, having a line of paint spray gun parts isn’t a stretch, as a paint spray gun can simply be made with all parts of a compressor and some accessories. The main product for making a Campbell Hausfeld paint sprayer is a blow gun, and our selection of Campbell Hausfeld includes various metal paint spray blow guns with attachment parts. These include metal paint spray guns with a safety lever or button, attachment parts and accessories, and an inflator kit with all necessary components. In addition, part of the Campbell Hausfeld airless paint sprayer products includes HVLP – or high-volume, low-pressure – sprayers.
