Skil is a Bosch-owned power tools manufacturer that has grown into leader in the production of several different power tools, all while specializing in power saws. Edmond Michael, one of the founders of Skil, actually invented one of the first circular saws in 1924. Today, Skil has built it's reputation on their skilsaws, which is their trademarked line of portable circular saws. Skil has taken the success of their skilsaws and now offer a full line of power tools; including drills, sanders, lasers, and measuring equipment. Additionally, Skil produces full line of accessories including Skilsaw blades, drill bits, abrasives, and sandpaper.
