Mail Order:
We accept mail orders if paying by check or money order.

*Remember to include shipping costs when sending a mail order.
To do this, simply add the items you wish to order to your online shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, click the SHOPPING CART link in the top navigation to view your cart. From the shopping cart page you can choose the shipping method you want and calculate the shipping costs. Indicate on your order form which shipping method you chose and the shipping cost.

Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on any orders, except for shipments to the state of PA. PA does not charge sales tax on clothing. All shipping charges are taxable.

Canceling/Changing Orders

Once your order is finalized through our online shopping cart or with our customer service department, it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. Once a mail order is received and processed it cannot be canceled or changed for any reason. If a delivery attempt is made and a package is refused you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges.

Shipping Rules

Proof read your order carefully. Shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.

If you ship to a P.O. Box with no street address, and you select a shipping method other than USPS, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground shipping, and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service. Online Stores Inc. also reserves the right to change your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail at our discretion.

If your address is invalid and any correction needs to be made by Online Stores Inc. or any of our carriers, you can be charged an additional fee of $10.00 per package for ground or economy service and $15.00 per package for any express shipping service.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a delivery is refused for any reason, or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proof read your typing before continuing.

Refund & Return Policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, doesn’t work or is missing parts you have the following options available:

Take the item to the nearest Factory Service Center. This option will usually be the fastest way to solve any of these issues. The manufacturer’s Service Center can usually provide parts and or service to get your tool back in working order. To locate the local Factory Service Center for your tool, please visit the web site of your tool’s Manufacturer.
Return the item within 30 days of the date of receipt for a full refund.

Any item shipped to you by Freight will fall under our Large Item Return Policy.

Please Note: Due to shipping regulations, items with gasoline engines cannot be returned after gasoline has been added to the tank. These items must be repaired at an authorized Factory Service Center.

Rebuilt / ReManufactured / ReConditioned Items

If you purchase an item that is marked Rebuilt, Remanufactured or Reconditioned and the item arrives damaged or defective the manufacturer’s Service Center can usually provide parts and or service to get your tool back in working order. Please check the Warranty on these items as they are usually shorter then the Warranty on a New Product. To locate the local authorized Factory Service Center for your tool, please visit the web site of your tool’s Manufacturer.

We do not accept returns for any reason for Rebuilt, Remanufactured or Reconditioned Items. If an item needs repair, please take it to your tool manufacturer’s Factory Service Center.

Returns for Other Reasons

You may return an item within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. If your purchase included free shipping, we will also deduct our shipping and handling costs for the original shipment from your refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs back to Online Stores, Inc.

Any item that is shipped to you by Freight will fall under our Large Item Return Policy.

To return the item please call our Customer Service at 1-877-734-2458 to obtain approval and receive a Return Authorization number.

A re-stocking fee of 15% will be assessed in the following situations:

Non-defective merchandise returned in visibly used or damaged condition
Order is “Refused” without authorization
Returns were shipped back after 30 days from the purchase date received
Any return that is not the result of defective or damaged merchandise or a shipping error.

Packing and Sending the Return

To receive a full refund without a restocking fee prior to the 30 days of receipt, please make sure your item meets the following guidelines:

Item must be in its original box and original packaging.
Item should be securely packaged to avoid damage.
Item must be sent with all of its parts and manuals.
Do not return anything that has had gasoline or other flammable liquid in it.

APPAREL, EAR PROTECTION, GLOVES, FOOTWEAR & ACCESSORIES All apparel and accessories item(s) must be un-worn and/or un-used.

Returning Batteries

Due to shipping regulations the following policy MUST be followed if returning items that include a battery or more then (1) battery. Do not include loose items in the same package as the batteries; loose items must be packaged separately to prevent them from hitting and sparking batteries. If returning more then (1) battery, batteries MUST be packaged to prevent them from hitting each other causing sparking.

Large Item Return Policy

Due to the expense of shipping heavy items, large items are governed by a separate Return Policy – any item shipped to you via Freight falls under this policy.

Be sure to inspect all Heavy Item (Freight) deliveries for damage prior to signing the Bill of Lading as the freightliner charges cannot be refunded. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must note this on the Shipping Receipt and refuse delivery to avoid paying actual freight charges. Please notify us of any delivery problems as soon as possible to expedite the refund process.

Please Note that you will be responsible for the actual freight costs in the following instances:

You miss your delivery appointment.
You refuse or return a non-damaged, non-defective item.

Note: Freight fees on large items can often range from $100 to $400.

Warranty and Parts Information

After 30 days from the date of receipt, all purchases are no longer covered by our Return Policy. After this time, products are covered by their respective Manufacturer’s Warranty and in most cases may be brought to an Authorized Factory Service Center for repairs.

Warranty Information is normally included with the tools and can be found in the tool’s manual included with the tool, or on the Manufacturer’s respective website.
To locate the nearest Authorized Factory Service Center in your area, please contact the manufacturer directly or visit the manufacturer’s website.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. (PURCHASE ORDERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS.) Mail to the address above or or fax to 866-910-4016. You MUST FAX OR MAIL your own Purchase Order form. Purchase Order Form MUST be from your company's accounting department. Purchase Orders MUST be signed and have a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and you must be credit worthy. The PO must show the items you want and the prices. It takes longer to process a PO than a credit card order, typically 3 - 5 days. We do not ship PO's by air. If you need goods quickly order online with a credit card and specify next day or 2 day air. Purchase orders faxed over to us that are incomplete will NOT be processed. OLS is NOT liable for negligence. Please proof your purchase order before faxing. Please check the fax number before faxing. We do not accept COD orders. FREE SHIPPING COUPONS OR ANY OTHER COUPONS DO NOT APPLY FOR PURCHASE ORDERS.

Shipping Times

Most orders usually ship by the end of the next business day.(Effective 03/09/2007) Deadline for orders requiring UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select delivery is 2:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) for items in stock. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will ship by the end of the next business day for items in stock. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3 Day Select orders placed on a Friday after 2:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.
